Greek Life In Progress Sorority House
Phase 1: Demolition and Rebuild. Phase 2: Renovation of Existing. Most MEP systems are now installed, and crews are making strong progress on interior and exterior finishes. Exterior painting will begin soon, followed by final grading.

The new CrossPoint home features a dedicated worship center, a nursery for young families, classrooms for discipleship and learning and convenient drive-through drop-off. After seeking the Lord for 20 years, CrossPoint will have its first service on May 31st in their new church home.
K-12 Schools Finished Early Renovations to classrooms and bathrooms along with a brand-new roof. Originally projected for completion by Summer 2026, the work was finished ahead of schedule thanks to the tireless dedication of our Ethos team.
Municipal City Park Enhancement
Transforming this beloved park with a new splash pad, playgrounds, pavilions, restrooms and more. As a member of the community, Ethos enjoyed this partnership with the City of Starkville.
Greek Life Fraternity House
Completed excavation around the perimeter, installed new liquid-applied waterproofing, four new helical piers to support the front porch, and a French drain in all excavated areas before backfilling and adjusting the grade.

Additions and renovations to this historic structure including state-of-the-art spaces for student engagement, recruitment and administrative functions. Modern teaching areas, versatile conference rooms and a spacious auditorium. Completed 3 months early.

The $2.5 million project at the Joe Frank Sanderson Center offers cutting-edge facilities to enhance the campus experience. The reno included new up-to-date fitness equipment, the conversion of former racquetball courts to an open-concept fitness space, an interactive climbing wall, and upgraded flooring and wall surfaces.
Higher Education Finished Early Dormitory
Fresh flooring, a vibrant new paint job, upgraded tile work, modern restrooms, and new lighting. This amazing transformation was finished ahead of schedule.
K-12 Schools Restrooms modernized with new motion-activated plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, ceiling tiles, paint, LED mirrors and a new school logo emblem on each entrance. Eight new drinking fountain stations and beautiful accent walls.
K-12 Schools Starkville High School
A new 2,400 square foot building for the school's softball team including two locker rooms, a classroom, a uniform room, a laundry room, an office, and two bathrooms.
Senior Living Cottages and Assisted Living Facility. Below Budget.
What started as a field of trees and three existing houses is now Oakwood Manor. This $3 million project features three duplex buildings, one single cottage and three pads for future construction. All units include utility services, concrete paving and sidewalks.
Higher Education MSU College of Business
Renovated the McCool Hall 3rd Floor Suite before the Department of Finance and Economics moved into the YMCA building. The department got quite a facelift, including a new conference room.
Higher Education Co-Residential Dormitory and College of Forest Resources
The 60,000-square-foot project included new LVT flooring, base, ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, paint, millwork and multiple cosmetic upgrades. Interior renovation completed in less than 80 days.
K-12 Schools The $3.15 million project included seven classrooms, six bathrooms, an office, and supporting facilities. Outside: a new spacious parking lot, a drop-off lane, and a 3,500 square foot canopy.
Higher Education Bureau of Buildings
Partnering with the Bureau of Buildings on the renovation of the EMCC Nursing and Health Science Center on the Mayhew campus. Selective demolition followed by electrical and mechanical rough-ins.

A transformational project at Armstrong Junior High's Building A and gymnasium that will impact student success for years to come.
Industrial Mississippi Fresh Catfish
A $4 million expansion including a 9,600-square-foot processing area for this fast-growing and well-known producer of catfish in our region.
Industrial Steelmaking
A 6,000-square-foot, $1.26 million expansion of the administration building housing the accounting division. Includes 14 new offices with a large executive conference room, restrooms, and a break area. The roof is made of steel produced by the plant.
Higher Education Historical Campus Building
The IED CNC Laboratory renovations brought a part of this historic campus building back to life.
